For Atalia’s Bridal Shower, K. Barner Events’ main objective was to go for that wow factor. The shower was a feminine and elegant affair for the 60 guests that gathered at the Liberty House Restaurant. When it comes to designing Bridal Showers, Kisha from K. Barner Events wants to leave guests saying, “If THIS was the shower, I cannot wait to see the wedding!”
At Atalia’s Bridal shower, details like the oversized photo frame, and stylized selfie corner made the event fun and playful, while still keeping a beautiful feminine theme. Fresh flowers, custom cookies with the bride-to-be’s name and in the shape of wedding rings, and even custom napkins celebrating the upcoming nuptials made for a personalized event. Since a Bridal Shower is all about the bride, Kisha explained that there’s no reason to hold back on what matters to her. “If we want to go nuts and make it super girly, we don’t have to be apologetic about it at all. It’s solely her celebration and we make sure it reflects her likes and sense of style.” Some of the girly elements that stood out from Atalia’s shower were the glittering table where guests could offer a piece of advice for the new couple, or suggestions for date nights, floral elements in the decor, and the pink and gold dessert table. Kisha had some great advice for brides and planners working on bridal shower designs, “Have fun with it and do something you’ve always wanted to do! Your shower design does not need to follow the design concept of your wedding. So if you’ve been itching to have a certain themed celebration, go for it. If you’re a Bridesmaid planning the Shower, just remember to keep the Bride as the focus of the shower and make sure the entire design and other elements are reflective of her!”
