Thank Heaven for Little Girls

Bon Apetite! A chic exclamation that provided event designer Jennifer Brown of The
Carousel Factory with the perfect inspiration for an over-the-top high tea party styled shoot that any fabulous little girl would be honored to attend. “The development of this design was
inspired by the print design of an elegant placemat.”

Brown and her team created a luxury high-end experience beyond the average tea party that featured glam details including over-sized parasols, vases, and florals. Gold children’s chiavari chairs were dressed in custom hand-made petite covers with delicate lace and elegant pearl details. The tall white vases in the center of the table were topped with white hydrangea and finished with over-sized black and ivory parasols trimmed with delicate ruffles and lace. Mounds of lush blush roses, and white hydrangea filled the center of the table. Eac place setting included a custom blush napkin trimmed in black lace, a gold trimmed white teacup with saucer, and gold flatware. Brown opted for a simple display of high tea favorites: French macarons, madeleines, and vanilla bean scones that decadently spilled from the table onto the floor. And what’s a high tea without the wonderful wardrobe to match. Lace, floral print, blush rosettes and over-sized bows were the details of gorgeous gowns curated from Pantora Mini of Brooklyn, New York. Sure, the guests were small in stature, but in this elegant setting they all could pass as sophisticated ladies out on the town!
