Joyce Bogan, CWP
As the Owner, Creative Director, and Principal Planner of Be My Guest Events, I ensure every detail of your event is cohesive and significant. I believe in quality experiences and have built my business on streamlining the planning process so you can focus on getting married. I feel most comfort when I see my clients wrapped up in joy-filled faces and engaging in the environment we created. I developed a passion early on for bringing people together in celebration and believe entertaining is an art. I started Be My Guest Events in 2013, with a genuine curiosity and desire to create beautiful, awe inspiring events with a personal touch. While I have grown into a planner and designer that has mastered the art of cultivating environments that tell a distinctive story, the intention of my company is still the same-I’m just better at it now, and have superior training in Hospitality and Wedding Planning coupled with sound mentoring and teachings from some of the very best in the business. Though I work alongside a fabulous team, I will be your advocate, industry "insider", sounding board, and expert. When not planning events for work, I spend my time traveling, exploring wineries and hosting friends and family in my home with good wine & whiskey.

A class act! Original styling and decor, creative ideas and a flare for detail. Be My Guest is a step above the rest. Joyce made my wedding day elegant, beautiful and stress free!!! She personally designed the beautiful menus, customize each one with calligraphy. Suggested a more elegant look with the chair sashes, which more a HUGE different. Upon entering our reception, I felt like I was stepping in a fairy tale, which was the theme of our BIG day. Oh and the suggested selection of flowers and order of service. She was truly there for us like part of our family. My husband and I were so happy we found this jewel (Joyce) to plan our wedding and now other events! Be My Guest is better than the rest!
I could go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with Joyce and her team! They literally created my dream wedding! All of my expectations were exceeded. Not only was her attention to deal amazing, you can tell that she’s really passionate about this industry and it was reflected in her work. I couldn’t imagine my big day without her!
