After identifying gaps in the professionalism, innovativeness and taste concept within the catering industry, CEO Stephen Hamilton started Eskay Catering in 2012 with the intention to take over the culinary industry. Being the preferred caterer for several esteemed clients including Brazil Embassy ,Fontanna Pharmacy ,BMW, popular media personalities such as international artiste Neyo .Eskay Catering provides food and services that are of world class standard. Today, the company has grown from a staff of 3 to approximately a whopping 114 loyal employees. The company was a proud sponsor of Miss Jamaica Universe 2015, who had a contestant sponsored by Eskay and won.

Doing it big, Chef Hamilton represented Jamaica (Culinary Ambassador) during the independence celebration in August at the Google building in New York, Catering for over 3000 guests.

Even bigger in the wedding Industry Eskay Catering/Chef Hamilton is the 2nd runner up in the caribbean for caribbean caterer for the year in caribbean wedding industry award. (2019)

Chef Hamilton was the former consultant for Tastee Limited controlling all fifty locations islandwide.

Consultant for :GDI Distribution Ltd (Selva Pasta, Michel, Cornflakes, Hyper Malt, Dimes Juices) just to name a few.

Stephen Hamilton

Hi i am Stephen Hamilton Executive Chef/Owner of Eskay Catering at 33 I have been in the catering industry for over 10 years as a graduate from the University of Technology Jamaica, with a degree in hospitality and tourism management. I have worked with the likes of the US Embassy, Google, Brazil Embassy, Neyo (recording artiste ), Bob Marley Foundation, the fastest woman alive (Elaine Thompson Herrah), BMW. Along with several local and international corporate entities and executed over 321 weddings to date.

I boast the expertise of curating mass functions once such example was catering for Google incorporated (2019) (2000 guests).
