Our services include but are not limited to:
Wedding Planning- Assist in the complete planning pf your wedding. Find venues and vendors including invitation designers and printers, DJs, bands, photographers, and caterers and obtain bids for services & negotiate contracts on behalf of the bride and groom.
Coordinator/ Day of Coordination- Responsible for making sure the wedding day or weekend is executed perfectly. Resposibilities include but are not limited to overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities.
Event design- Creating the look for your event, this includes everything from stationery for invitations to fabrics for curtains and tablecloths, centerpieces for tables, special effects, and lighting equipment.
Floral Design- cut and arrange live, dried, silk flowers and greenery to make decorative displays throughout your entire event.
Cake Design- Creation of custom cakes and treats to fit your special day

Denise A. Grant owner of Hactac Events by Denise A. Grant LLC is a thirty-seven year old self-taught professional baker turned event planner who has been in business for the last 8 1/2 years. The Jamaican born native has always had a creative mind but fell in love with baking and cake decorating after attempting to make her sons first birthday cake. After a few basic classes in the local craft store and determination to learn through self-teaching venues such as
youtube.com, she not only created that beautiful masterpiece for her son but found a love like no other in creating beautiful art through cake. Over the years not only has she grown in her craft and technique but she has taken her business to new heights and levels by striving to be more than just “the cake decorator” but now known as the “experience maker”... providing full service events, from the most elite corporate functions to the most elegant weddings, she gives her very best to all!!
