Where did you wed and why did you pick the venue/site?
The Wetumpka Civic Center! The venue was very beautiful and was a great canvas to work with for the ceremony and the reception.

The Fashion
Tell us about the wedding dress!
My bridal style is glam & elegance. Our wedding was a Black Formal, so I wanted my dress to be bold since we were the only two in an opposite color of our guests. I wore a Champagne bedazzled Allure bridal gown. The gown was laced in jewels and crystals. My hair and makeup was a soft glam. The style was something that I felt would be very cute & chic. My stylist called it the “Marilyn Monroe”. My hair was pinned up, which later changed to a soft curl style for the reception when I changed into a beautiful custom made jumper.

Describe the Groom’s and Groomsmen look
My husband wore a custom suit from Connesauir Paris in Buckhead, Atlanta GA. Therell offset his custom tux with a pair of Jimmy Choo formal dress shoes.

Your Wedding Style
What was your color palette?
Romance White, Black, Red and Gold Accents.

Ceremony & Reception
Tell us about your ceremony décor.
The ceremony design was very important to the bride because she always had a dream of being married in a circle of love. Sweet Luxury Events created a circle ceremony design that had all the feels with romance and the couple wed on the dancefloor surrounded by family and friends.

How did you come up with your wedding day playlist
The wedding playlist was definitely a huge part of the planning. Our families really likes to party, so we both added some of our favorite songs to create the perfect playlist; we preferred a traditional DJ over a band.

Favors?
We wanted our guest to have a small token of thanks for helping us celebrate our nuptials, so we chose bottle openers. Let’s be real, after a long hard day at work who doesn’t want to come home and pour a glass of their choice? We added a custom message to solidify just how special each of them were to us.
